Is Master Butcher good?

A Dwarves Rare whose passives are the draw. Heat Exchange heals all allies by the damage he takes (not from bosses), which counters Bommal's Dreadbombs since they aren't the boss, and it works well with champions like Vogoth; Pyre revives a random ally at full HP when he dies, so a reviver to bring him back helps.

Barking Orders places a two-turn Provoke and team buffs, good for the Head of Decay in Hydra or control in Faction Wars.
