Is Medicus good?
A High Elves rare from the 
Karato Foxhunter fusion, where you needed four copies of her to make 
Fylja. Restraints slows the enemy team and Stimulant Elixir gives the team Increase DEF and herself Increase SPD, which is useful speed control in the early game.
Everything she places is the weaker version, though, so stronger champions replace her fairly quickly. Hydra is where she holds up best.
