Is Mistress of Hymns good?

A Sacred Order Epic whose main skill is Hymn of Rebirth, a revive for two random allies that also gives them Veil. Its 5-turn cooldown holds it back unless you use sets like Reflex or Relentless, and the rest of her kit is light single-target healing and a Continuous Heal, plus a defensive aura.

She's not a top Epic, but she can fill a gap in Doom Tower secret rooms or early-to-mid Faction Wars when you lack better revivers.
