Is Nekmo Thaar good?

A Lizardmen speed support who keeps the team cycling turns while healing through Leech. Speed Weirding gives the whole team Increase SPD and a Turn Meter boost and then grants him an Extra Turn, which he usually spends on his A2 to hit every enemy with Decrease SPD and Leech.

His passive fills his own Turn Meter whenever one of the enemy's debuffs gets cleansed, moved or expires, and his A1 is an AoE with Decrease ATK. He's one of the best picks for Hydra and very strong in Chimera.
