Is Nogdar the Headhunter good?
A high-risk Orc Arena nuker whose Patch 7.10 buff made his loop much stronger. Last Rites sacrifices half his HP and equalizes it with an enemy (no Accuracy needed), then grants an extra turn for a big hit, while Gore Feast hits everyone, gives all allies Continuous Heal and burns another half of his HP, which can kill him.
That's where 
Headsman's Return comes in: he revives with full Turn Meter, and if his skills are on cooldown, a kill with Brutal Verdict grants yet another turn, a cycle Frenzy gear can feed. He's an Arena specialist who also clears Faction Wars well.
