Is Phranox good?
A Knight Revenant single-target nuker whose Tender Mercies hits hard normally and does huge damage to a target without buffs. Carve Through places Decrease ATK, handy for newer accounts or against Iragoth, the Eternal Dragon in Doom 
Tower, and Isolate steals buffs, which helps against bosses that stack or steal buffs like the Celestial Griffin.
With no AoE, she's only a niche or emergency pick in Arena.
