Is Raf-Matab good?
A Barbarian control tank built around high RES. Stampede Provokes all enemies and gives him Block Damage for a turn, so he takes nothing from the enemies he's holding, and Elderspear can push an enemy skill back on cooldown, which works well with Counterattack buffs or masteries.
He looks most interesting in Arena, moving second and handing out Increase RES with Shield of the Clans.
