Is Roric Wyrmbane good?
A Barbarian single-target nuker who was the Fragment 
Collector reward in September 2021, built around counterattacking with his big hit. Scale Breaker ignores half the target's DEF, replaces his default skill whenever he counterattacks, and can't be stopped by Block Active Skills, so Retaliation or Avenging sets (or an ally who gives Counterattack) get the most out of him.
Dragon Rage knocks back one enemy's Turn Meter and, if it empties it, can Stun everyone else. Like most single-target nukers he struggles to cycle turns, and Hydra is a bad fit.
