Is Royal Huntsman good?
A High Elves Legendary with one of the hardest-hitting A3s in the game, a single hit that ignores all DEF and deletes tanks. His AoE A2 lands Decrease DEF on crits, so he wants Speed, Accuracy and 100% C.RATE.
An AI change in January 2021 made him use that A3 on auto against bosses, but he's still better at nuking waves than at boss fights, and good in Arena if the other threats are handled.
