Is Ruella good?
A fast multi-hit epic with a lot of utility, and close to a complete package for Fire Knight. Both her A1 and A2 hit three times: the A2 brings the key damage and slowing debuffs, and because each hit rolls separately they very likely all land, while her A1 steals Turn Meter when it crits.
Her A3 fills the team's Turn Meter and gives Increase C.RATE, and her 112 base SPD is very high for an epic. Clan Boss, Chimera and dungeons suit her well, but Hydra and Arena are weak spots.
