Is Shadowbow Tirlac good?

A Sylvan Watchers Rare from the February 2023 Valentine fusion with a strong support kit for Rare book costs. Diversion puts Veil on allies, hiding them from enemies, and shields the whole team off his HP, while his passive trims damage further for anyone under Veil or Perfect Veil.

Swift Warband hits all enemies and gives the team Increase SPD, and his A1 has a small Decrease ATK as a backup if your main one gets resisted. The Veil only lasts a turn, so pairing him with another Veil champion or a buff extender like Godseeker Aniri helps.
