A Lizardmen rare who shields himself, raises his own C.RATE and hits one target at a time. Chop Apart has a chance at the 30% Decrease DEF, and Nature's Bounty can give it a shot at the stronger version.
He isn't worth real resources and only fills a gap in early Faction Wars when you're short on champions for three-star clears.
