Is Slicer good?
A Dwarves uncommon with a bit of synergy between his two skills. Cut Apart can place the smaller 30% Decrease DEF, and a kill with Finishing Blow knocks a turn off its cooldown. It's a tidy loop, but he's only useful for early Faction Wars progression.
