Is Tribune Herakletes good?
The Undead Hordes' Faction Unity nuker, and one who keeps working after he dies. His A2 ignores all of the target's DEF and either revives an ally on a kill or resets itself when nobody is dead, and his A3 hits every enemy, destroys MAX HP, ignores DEF in line with the MAX HP they've lost, shields him and fires instantly whenever he's revived.
While dead he cuts the damage your team takes, joins their attacks with an unresistable True Fear and heals them, and he comes back hitting harder. 
Valkanen can force his death and 
Siphi can bring him back; Arena and Scarab King are where he stands out, and he needs three Undead allies for the full Unity bonus.

Immortal Oath
PassiveWhenever this Champion is revived, increases the damage inflicted by this Champion by 20%. Undead Hordes Unity 1 Faction ally: This Champion is immune to Block Revive debuffs. 2 Faction allies: Allies receive 20% less damage if this Champion is dead. 3 Faction allies: Whenever this Champion is dead and an ally attacks an enemy, this Champion will join that attack using their default skill.
