Is Visionary good?
A tidy Dark Elves support that makes enemy crits weaker and yours stronger. Haunt puts Decrease C.RATE and Decrease C.DMG on every enemy, Ectoplasm knocks Turn Meter off targets carrying those debuffs, and Dark Dealings gives the team Increase C.RATE, Increase C.DMG and a small Turn Meter fill, which frees gear for defense or other stats.
She's a steady dungeon and general PvE pick with a Speed Aura for dungeons; Clan Boss is her best mode and Hydra and Chimera her weakest.
