Is Vrask good?
A straightforward healer for the early game. Every critical hit heals the whole team off his MAX HP, and his A1 refills his Turn Meter when it crits, so the plan is simply to spam A1 (his A2 is best left unused).
He needs no books and no ACC, so build him with HP and 100% C.RATE first, then SPD and C.DMG. His healing falls off later on, though he still has a niche in Faction Wars.
