Is Wyvernbane good?

An Orcs rare with simple early-game tools: a small Decrease SPD on Hobble Pierce, a Turn Meter cut on Setback and an HP Burn on Cursefire Spear. The slow and meter reduction are small, but they still help control the Fire Knight and Faction Wars bosses.

Her HP Burn works well on single targets, though against the Spider you'd need Debuff Transfer effects to make it count.
