Kayron is a 5-star Fire character in Epic Seven. Faction: Acolyte.

By game mode, Kayron is A in PvE and A in PvP.

A Fire thief who deals more damage the more Health he's lost, and who's hard to kill thanks to Immortal Will: lethal damage leaves him alive for a turn and resets his ultimate, Apocalypse.

With a buff on him, Void Slash turns into an AoE, and killing with Apocalypse extends his buffs. His Attack stat is low, so he leans on buffs. He's A tier for us.

A king of shadow who deals in grudges, Kayron seeks to wipe out the planet so that he may finally achieve eternal rest.

He is the central antagonist of Episode 1 (with Vildred) as well as multiple side stories such as Eulogy for a Saint, One Blade One Truth, and Visitors From Another World.

With a tired look on his face, he looks down at his watch every three seconds and heaves a sigh.

In Epic Seven X Frieren - Beyond Journey’s End, Kayron has a very limited but still important role through Ras’s memory of the previous world.

He appears during Ras’s recollection of Victorika, when the Hilag Lance leads Ras to remember one of the Heirs who fought beside him in an earlier era.

In that flashback, Kayron declares that the Heir of the Covenant was supposed to ignore them and that the Heirs were meant to be wiped out there, but adds that draining enough of Ras’s power still makes the outcome acceptable.

This frames Kayron as the hostile force pressing the group into a desperate last stand.

Victorika then responds by saying that she and Krau will hold off Kayron for as long as they can while the others head to the Sanctuary.

Through this exchange, Kayron functions as the immediate threat that gives the memory its weight: his presence is what forces Victorika to choose sacrifice and entrust the future to Ras.

Although the story does not expand further on Kayron’s motives or actions beyond this brief scene, his appearance is enough to place him as one of the enemies directly tied to the loss of the previous Heirs that Ras continues to mourn.

Within this crossover, then, Kayron’s role is not that of an active present-day participant, but of a remembered enemy from the prior world whose confrontation with Victorika and Krau helps illustrate the cost of the battles Ras still carries in his heart.
