On our Epic Seven tier list Peira is B tier, 155th of the 311 characters ranked, from where 7 current tier lists put Peira.

Is Peira good?
Peira speeds up every ally who shares her Dark element and dodges a lot herself thanks to a passive that keeps her evasion high, and just having her on the field buffs the rest of the party. Her third skill clears two debuffs from the whole team, hands Dark allies a rampage buff and everyone else haste, and gives herself an extra turn on top of it.
Her own attack also climbs every turn, so her first skill's bonus damage and defense down keep scaling the longer she's out.
Strengths
- Speeds up every ally who shares her Dark element
- High evasion from her passive
- Third skill clears two team debuffs and grants an extra turn

Profile
Peira carries the title "Lone Wolf". Peira is a female Suin.
Background
The sole survivor of a tribe that was annihilated by an alliance of other tribes.
Peira grew up with Arunka and considers her to be her sister, but she drinks from the Goblet of Oath to avenge her tribe and leaves the Prairie with her followers.
Soon, she conquers the North that has long been segregated and builds the Khan Empire, a country of the Suin.
Code Name S: A skin designed in celebration of the ECL 2023.
Arunka / Arunka / Rivals: Peira is determined to get revenge on the Suins who destroyed her trive.
Even Arunka cannot stop her.
Lilka / Lilka / Friendly: Peira is aware of how far Lilka is willing to go for her.
However, she is worried that Lilka might cause trouble while sticking her nose where it shouldn't be.
Lua / Lua / Friendly: Peira is keeping Lua by her side only as a disposable tool.
When the day comes where Lua is no longer useful.
Talaz / Talaz / Hostile: Peira scoffs at Talaz's struggle and is confident that nothing will change no matter what he does.
In Welcome to Oasis Land, Peira has only an indirect role.
She is mentioned during the group’s discussion about whether they should stay and help Frida restore Oasis Land after Festive Eda says she wants to support her.
When Hwayoung asks whether Arunka can really afford to change her plans and remain there longer, Arunka replies that Peira gave her a long vacation and that she can entrust her duties to others in her absence.
Within the story, this is Peira’s only clear contribution: she does not appear in person or participate in the Oasis Land conflict, but her offscreen decision helps make it possible for Arunka to stay, support Frida, and take part in the park’s restoration.
