Is Ray good?
Sleep is the centerpiece of Ray's kit: it locks a target out of acting entirely and adds bonus damage to both crits and normal hits against them, opening a window for the team to burst the target down. Her third skill first clears two of an enemy's buffs, which means the Sleep that follows connects even on foes that would normally brush it off.
She also piles up Venom and sets off Detonation through a spreading buff she hands to allies, chipping away at HP no matter how tough the enemy's defense is. Boosting allied effectiveness on top of that makes her a natural fit for a debuff-heavy PvP team.
