Rex Splode: Rex-Calation

A bank robbery is taking place downtown.

This is it! Our grand debut. Didn't think I'd be this nervous.

Nervous? Against bank robbers?? Ughh. This is so lame, Robot.

Wow... This feels like the start of something great. That was awesome.

Oh yeah, we defeated the all powerful forces of "this guy" and "someone named Gary, probably." What a momentous day.

Gotta start somewhere, Rex.

Alert, Teen Team. We're needed.

This better not be another lame bank robbery. Gimme something exciting, Robot!!

Rex! What the hell is going on?? You're being reckless - you could hurt someone.

Give me a break! We stopped them, didn't we? I'm still figuring this whole "hero" thing out - same as you.

A massive turf war has erupted in Chicago. We need to be careful,

Careful schmareful. This is what we're made for, baby! Woohoo!!

Rex, these criminals are working with some very powerful weaponry, we need to,

Kick their ass. Got it.

Dupli-Kate! Are you okay?!

Back off, Rex! Let Robot get her back to headquarters.

She's gonna be okay, right?

She will be. I think.

I can't believe I missed that guy coming from behind... I'm so sorry.

The same gang from the turf war has resurfaced.

Good. We can get some payback for what they did to Dupli-Kate.

We're not here to get revenge, Rex. Kate is fine.

Yeah, she's fine, this time. Let's make sure there's not a next time.

Rex! That was just like before! You're being careless. This is how Kate got hurt!

Do you even wanna be a part of this team? Or are you just on some kind of glory ride?

You've gotta think about that. Seriously.

I was out there busting asses for Kate, who is a member of our team, in case you forgot.

While they sit around talking about me, the people really responsible for Dupli-Kate's condition are out there.

The problem is we're hitting the small time guys. It's time to move up to the real power players.

All those goons working for that weird robot head guy aren't gonna know what hit 'em.

Okay... So maybe they're way stronger than I thought. Gotta keep fighting though. For Kate!

Heh. Eve's gonna be so impressed when I wipe these goons out.

Rex! You've been trying to take on Machine Head's men all on your own?

Impressed much?

No! You could've been killed. You're on a team now, moron. Start acting like it.

I get that you were trying to avenge me or whatever, but... This isn't the way to do it, Rex.

I just... I just didn't want to... Seeing Dupli-Kate like that... I just didn't want to feel so powerless.

I get it. But we've just heard Machine Head's men will be at the docks receiving a shipment. Let's make sure they don't.

Well, we stopped the shipment, but the goons got away.

Easier with a team, huh, Rex?

...Maybe.

[The battle for this world starts now!]

Oh man, this is awesome. And scary.

What's the matter? I thought you didn't want anymore "lame bank robberies," right?

We got our asses kicked out there. How the hell are we gonna do this?

We have to find a way, Rex. Come on, get back up.

Hey! Uh, wanna little help?

Don't know who you are, but right now, we could use all the help we can get.

Who's that?

He could be my English teacher for all I care. As long as he can kick alien ass, I'm fine with him!

I'll try my best!!

Phew... Seems like we did it... Kinda.

Well... They're not coming out of that portal anymore, so guess so.

Uh... Is it too late to go back to bank robberies?

Saving the world... kind of sucks?

We'd better get used to it. This is only the beginning.
