Is Altan good?
A Barbarian legendary with only two active skills, both of them useful. His A1 hits solidly and places Decrease ATK, which fits any Clan Boss team that isn't running an Unkillable setup, and his A2 gives the team Increase DEF, which also raises his own DEF-based damage.
When he kills an enemy he brings a fallen ally back, which is why he's a dependable Faction Wars carry. Clan Boss is his best area; Hydra is his worst.
