Is Aleksandr the Sharpshooter good?
A straightforward damage dealer for newer accounts that gets outscaled later on. Spraydown is the reason to build him, a hard-hitting AoE Decrease DEF, while Arctic Warfare can Freeze and Born to Win strips a target's buffs, and all three get stronger against Orc and 
Ogryn Tribe enemies.
His Accuracy Aura works in every battle, which helps early dungeons and Doom 
Tower, and he stays a decent dungeon runner, Arena setup piece and Faction Wars pick. Book Spraydown and save the rest.
