Is Avir the Alchemage good?

A Dwarves Rare from the Vergumkaar fusion with a very good kit for his rarity. Flask of Vitreol can Poison, Corroding Catalyst puts Decrease ATK on all enemies (and Decrease SPD on Poisoned ones), and Vitalizing Potions heals the team and fills their Turn Meter, which matters for a faction short on healers.

Build him with Accuracy, Speed and defensive stats, and since he doesn't hit hard, Warmaster is a good T6 mastery.
