Is Baerd the Broad good?

A Sylvan Watchers DEF champion who mixes buff theft, debuff spreading and damage sharing into one kit. Theiving Axeman steals the target's buffs, hands over any debuffs Baerd is carrying, then spreads everything on the target across the enemy team. Bucklan's Strength hits every enemy with Provoke and Pain Link and gives Counterattack to him and your highest crit-damage ally, and his passive turns damage he takes into healing for the whole team.

Hydra and dungeons are his best areas, while Clan Boss is his weakest.

The third hit applies a Debuff Spread effect, taking all debuffs from the target and placing them on all other enemies.     Attacks all enemies. Places a Provoke debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. Has 75% chance to place a Pain Link debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. The Pain Link debuff reflects 45% of the inflicted damage. Also places a Counterattack buff on this Champion and the ally with the highest C. DMG for 2 turns.
