Is Candleguard good?
A Dwarves rare that was part of the 
Mother Cybele fusion. She brings two AoE attacks, one with a chance at a small Weaken and one that buffs her ATK and C.RATE first, which can work with a Stun set in the early to mid game.
Light of Scrutiny can remove or steal buffs, handy against heavily buffed enemies. She won't make end-game teams, and the Dwarves have plenty of other options now.
