Is Caoilte the Asharrow good?
A Sylvan Watchers nuker built for Arena, where he's at his best, and a legendary damage dealer the faction was short on. Falling Leaves hits twice through half the target's DEF and past Unkillable and Block Damage, then jumps to the lowest-HP enemy on a kill, which answers champions like Odin and 
Leorius.
His passive turns Turn Meter reduction into extra damage on his next attack, and a big drop gives him Block Debuffs and an Extra Turn. Clan Boss is a poor fit, and Hydra and dungeons are only average.
