Is Castigator good?
A Sacred Order Rare from the 2021 Christmas fusion whose Holy Equity equalizes the team's HP, a rare effect. Unlike 
Sinesha's version, he heals the lowest ally first, which makes it stronger, and it grants him an extra turn and can be booked down to a 4-turn cooldown.
His A1 can also Provoke, and between his damage-reducing passive and solid base stats he's well worth a look for Faction Wars progression or anyone who needs an HP equalizer. Doom 
Tower is his strongest area.
