Is Chopper good?
An Orcs rare focused on single-target control and buff removal. Incapacitate strips two random buffs, which helps in Faction Wars and against the Magic Keep boss's shield.
He can also place a small Decrease DEF and Stun enemies whose current HP is below his, but those effects are too conditional to rely on outside Faction Wars.
