Is Criodan the Blue good?
A Sylvan Watchers epic support built on speed and Freeze. Blessing Of The Blue gives the team Increase SPD and a 15% Turn Meter push, which helps you outpace Arena teams and can anchor a 2:1 Clan Boss tune. His other two skills both carry Freeze chances, a three-hit single-target A1 and a two-hit AoE, and every Freeze he lands fills his own Turn Meter, so he cycles quickly in Doom 
Tower waves, Hard Fire Knight and against 
Spider's Spiderlings.
Hydra is a very poor fit.
