Is Crypt-King Graal good?

An Undead Hordes support whose Patch 4.70 rework turned him from a vault champion into one of the best HP Burn users around. Death Fires now puts a guaranteed HP Burn on every enemy, Elemental Unity then Freezes everyone who's burning and stretches the burns out, and Brittleness Bane lands Decrease ATK reliably whenever a Burn or Freeze is up.

That makes him a top pick for Spider 25 and dependable against Clan Boss and the Doom Tower bosses, and his base Speed, HP and DEF are good enough to drop him into most teams.
