Is Dark Kael good?
A Clan Boss epic whose passive fixes one of the biggest problems for teams that aren't Unkillable. Enemies carrying two or more Poisons lose 15% C.RATE, which stops the Clan Boss from landing critical hits, and his A3 supplies those Poisons along with Poison Sensitivity. His A1 hits three times and can detonate Poisons or an HP Burn early, which makes 
Giant 
Slayer worth taking, while his A2 adds Decrease ATK and can extend the debuffs on the target.
He's only obtainable through Doom 
Tower Secret Rooms, and he's weaker in Arena and Chimera.
