Is Endalia good?
A tanky High Elves epic built around Decrease ATK and counterattacks. Elegant Disarm puts Decrease ATK on every enemy, Outplayed makes her counterattack anyone under that debuff who hits her, and Flash of Gilt can Provoke. Her HP scaling and base stats let her take hits, but she can't force enemies to attack her first, and if the Decrease ATK gets removed or resisted the kit stops working.
She's a good fighting Provoke option for the Head of Decay in Hydra or for soaking hits in waves, and has little use beyond that.
