Is Flesh-Tearer good?

A basic Skinwalker support and an average entry-level Clan Boss pick. Warleader heals the team and extends ally buffs, and Lay Low extends enemy debuffs and shortens their buffs, but both sit on four-turn cooldowns, which puts him well behind champions like Godseeker Aniri.

The team heal helps in early Faction Wars, but newer releases have outclassed him and he isn't worth heavy investment.
