Is Gator good?

A Lizardmen Rare whose one standout is Defy the Witch, a full team cleanse. The rest is below average: Radiate Frenzy gives the smaller Increase ATK and Hex Smash has a chance at Heal Reduction. He can help in early-to-mid Faction Wars, Doom Tower waves, the Cursed City or against the Nether Spider when you need a cleanser and have nothing better, but most other cleansers outclass him.
