Is Grohak the Bloodied good?

A legendary whose Patch 4.70 changes turned him from dated into a useful Turn Meter controller. Lord of War steals a target's entire Turn Meter and now adds Weaken, and his A2 gives him Turn Meter on each crit, so he cycles that steal much more often.

His multi-hit A1 helps break the Fire Knight's shield, and with a Speed Aura for dungeons he's a solid progression pick for Fire Knight, Spider and especially Dark Fae. Clan Boss is his weakest mode.
