Is Hidestitcher Boorn good?
A Skinwalkers rare, needed for the 
Lord Entertainer Fabian fusion, with a better kit than his rarity suggests. Hidestitcher heals everyone based on his MAX HP and pushes the team's Turn Meters forward 15%, which helps in Faction Wars and Secret Rooms, and Skinsealer gives everyone a small Increase RES and a Shield.
His A1 has a chance at the weaker Decrease ATK, upgraded to the strong version with the Nature's Bounty blessing. Clan Boss is his best use; Arena and dungeons are weak spots.
