Is Hope good?

A budget Sacred Order support whose September 2020 cooldown buff made her usable in Faction Wars. Hearten shields the whole team and extends their buffs, which is exactly what Borgoth the Scarab King in Doom Tower demands, and Holy Storm has a chance to strip every buff from every enemy.

She works fine at level 50 without full masteries if her HP, Speed and Accuracy are high enough.
