Is Judge good?
A hard-hitting Dark Elves rare. Eviscerate lands a heavy single-target blow, Blade Dance adds respectable AoE damage, and his Chaos Armor passive has a chance to tack a random Decrease ACC, SPD, ATK or DEF onto each hit.
Don't rush him to six stars early, but he earns his keep later in the tougher rare-only Secret Rooms.
