Is Kael good?
Arguably the best of the starter champions, and useful well beyond the first few weeks. Dark Bolt and Disintegrate place Poisons while Acid Rain hits all enemies, which covers Dragon, Clan Boss and early Arena.
Acid Rain has a built-in crit bonus, so 85% C.RATE is enough to make it crit every time. He keeps some late-game value in Doom 
Tower's Secret Rooms for rares, but Hydra and Chimera are beyond him.
