Is Kaiden good?
A Dark Elves epic from the 
Vergumkaar fusion who many consider more useful than the legendary he fused into. Favor of the Chamber revives two allies at half HP with Increase DEF, which makes him a standout for Faction Wars, and Shatter Sweep adds an AoE Decrease ATK.
Every skill scales off DEF, so he's easy to keep alive while still doing reasonable damage. Clan Boss, dungeons (Ice 
Golem, Dragon, 
Spider) and Doom 
Tower are where he fits best, and he's worth taking to level 60.
