Is Khamir Scald Eye good?
The July 2026 fragment fusion, a full-team reviver for an 
Ogryn Tribes faction that was short on legendary ones. Death Is Weakness brings back every fallen ally and gives the team Increase DEF and Strengthen, and whenever an ally dies his passive heals everyone, nudges their Turn Meters and gives him a bigger push toward that revive.
Gloom-Powered adds a 25% team Turn Meter fill with Increase ATK and Increase SPD, and his A1 heals while restoring destroyed MAX HP. He's good in every mode, best in Chimera and Arena.
