Is Lady Kimi good?
A Shadowkin support built around Turn Meter control and slowing debuffs. Her A1 knocks Turn Meter back, and her Decrease ACC and Decrease SPD keep enemies from acting and from landing debuffs on your team. Hydra, Iron Twins and Arena (on both attack and defense) are where she's best.
She also carries Shadowkin Faction Wars and helps in Doom 
Tower, where her Speed Aura applies, but Clan Boss is the one place she doesn't do much.
