Is Locwain good?
A Sylvan Watchers epic nuker made for PvP. Revelation hits every enemy with a chance to strip Veil or Perfect Veil and can remove another random buff, which is handy against teams hiding behind a 
Duchess, and Focused Force hits one target twice through Shields and resets if it kills.
His passive adds Accuracy for every buff on every enemy, so on a go-second Arena fight his buff removal lands far more often without heavy ACC gear. PvE isn't his area, Clan Boss especially, and this is an early assessment that may change.
