Is Lorn the Cutter good?

Ogryn Tribes. Snatch Into Darkness can wipe a target's entire Turn Meter, and Frightful Frenzy spreads Heal Reduction and Leech across the enemy team, which makes him handy for Fire Knight, 
Spider, the Dark Fae and Ogryn Faction Wars.
