Marked exists mainly to feed a fusion chain, needed to build 
Lich, who in turn goes into 
Rhazin Scarhide. On their own they're a workable Support pick, not a headline addition to a team. The B tier fits a champion worth leveling for what they unlock as much as for their own kit.
