Is Misericord good?
A Banner Lords rare from the 2021 Christmas fusion who doesn't bring much. Her A1 has a chance at single-target Decrease SPD, and Stay Vigilant is her one AoE, hitting about as hard as 
Kael's.
That makes her a decent wave clearer for early Faction Wars and a damage dealer in the lower Arena ranks, but she falls off hard as you climb.
