Is Nell Blackteeth good?
A Sylvan Watchers Mythical with a poison and control base form and a nuking alternate form. In base form her passive poisons enemies whenever they're buffed, healed or gain Turn Meter, even through Block Debuffs, and her A2 activates those Poisons, steals buffs, drains Turn Meter and puts enemies to Sleep.
The alternate form hits hard against crowd-controlled targets, chains into an AoE True Fear when it kills and grows stronger for each debuff she's placed in either form. She's strong everywhere and especially dangerous in Arena and dungeons.
