Is Noct the Paralyzer good?
A Dark Elves legendary who mixes crowd control, Poisons and team protection. Dreamer's Demise hits all enemies with two Poisons and a Sleep, and when that Sleep wears off after damage the target gets two more Poisons, which is good for waves and for putting Sand Devil to sleep. He gives the team Ally Protection and a Continuous Heal, anyone who attacks a protected ally may fall asleep, and his A1 lowers ACC for fights like Iron Twins or Bommal.
Every Poison tick also heals him and the team a little, which lets a high-HP build solo Dragon and Ice 
Golem; Clan Boss is his best area.
