Is Old Hermit Jorrg good?
A budget support who works like a cut-down 
Arbiter. Heroes of Old gives the whole team Increase ATK and a Turn Meter push, which helps ATK-based nukers and speeds up the team's turns. Ghostwalk revives two random allies with a decent chunk of HP and Turn Meter and covers them with Perfect Veil, which makes three-star Faction Wars clears easier.
His A1 can place HP Burn, useful against Frost 
Spider, and Clan Boss is his best area.
